Your path to fair, fast, affordable resolutions
Sharp Mediation
Value of mediation
Mediation is a great way to nip conflict in the bud. When you’re experiencing conflict, being able to communicate effectively is so important. It sounds simple, but it can be extremely difficult. Our nationally accredited mediators can help you keep the lines of communication open, through a safe, supported environment to discuss the issues and find common ground, giving you the opportunity to plan and agree a way forward.
Sharp Mediation
The process
The actual mediation process is not your worry, as our experienced mediators will guide you through the process, ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to have their say and be heard. The process is designed to help you stay focused on the main issues and be creative in designing your own solutions. We can also represent you in a support capacity (as opposed to mediator) if required.
