I am passionate about reducing stress and anxiety associated with disputes between people. Obtaining my formal national accreditation as a mediator was the formality, as my 25+ years in corporate Australia prepared me very well to facilitate dispute resolutions of all kinds. Over many years, I spent hours and hours aligning parties with different objectives and perspectives, and resolving all sorts of workplace, commercial and other issues between colleagues. I learned by doing.

When I faced a commercial dispute in my own small business, I wished someone would have suggested Mediation. I would have saved myself many headaches, sleepless nights, and a lot of money. Mediation would have helped me understand why the other party did what they did, and vice versa, and I am 100% sure we could have resolved the issue within hours, not months, with far less effort on all sides. It was that personal dispute experience that prompted me to obtain my formal Mediation accreditation and start to offer my professional mediation services to others.
