Workplace mediation plays a crucial role in addressing individual and team conflicts, common at all levels.
Our half-day workplace mediation service is a quick, cost-effective, and private method of resolving disputes. It focuses on all parties understanding the impact of their behaviours on the other, and coming up with improved ways of working. It is applicable for two disputing parties, as well as for team disputes and cultural issues. Workplace mediation saves the stresses and cost of formal action, minimising absenteeism, and conforming to current best practice.
Workplace mediation is used to address :

- Moving on from bullying, harassment, & unfair treatment claims

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Referring a case
Provide us details of the dispute and the parties via our Contact Page. Once we agree to take on the mediation, further intake forms will need to be completed.
2. Before the mediation
The mediator will liaise with the referrer to organise logistics, timings, contact details and payment.
3. Individual meetings
The mediator will meet with each party individually to discuss the dispute to date. These private pre-mediation sessions will last for 1 hour for each party.
4. Joint meeting
Getting parties together for half a day allows for a comprehensive airing of views, solution generation and agreement documentation.
